This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded after purchase.
1. Our Return Policy
Products purchased from DKT Global Energy may be returned or exchanged only where the product is defective, damaged on delivery, wrongly supplied, or does not match the confirmed order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels, and warranty documents intact.
2. Return Notification Period
Customers must notify us of any issue with a product within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the item.
Returns reported after this period may not be accepted, except where the issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Products that have been installed or used
Products damaged due to wrong handling, misuse, or poor installation by a third party
Products returned without original packaging or accessories
Products with broken seals, missing parts, or physical damage caused after delivery
Special order items or customised products
Products damaged due to power surge, lightning, water exposure, or improper usage
4. Installation Services
For products installed by DKT Global Energy, customers are advised to inspect the installation and confirm that the system is working properly before completion.
Installation service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed, except where the issue is directly caused by our installation team and reported within a reasonable time.
If installation was done by another technician or third party, DKT Global Energy will not be responsible for faults caused by improper installation.
5. Warranty Claims
Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage depends on the product brand, product type, and warranty terms provided by the manufacturer.
Warranty may not cover damage caused by misuse, wrong installation, power surge, physical damage, water damage, tampering, or unauthorised repair.
Customers must provide proof of purchase before warranty claims can be processed.
6. Refunds
Refunds may be approved only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and confirmed eligible for refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or any other agreed payment channel.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing period.
7. Exchanges
Where a product is defective, damaged, or wrongly supplied, we may offer an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.
8. Delivery and Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for returning products to our store unless the return is due to a confirmed error from DKT Global Energy.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.
Where a return is approved due to our error, we may arrange pickup, replacement, or return support depending on the customer’s location.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or before installation work begins.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivered, installed, or specially processed, cancellation may no longer be accepted.
For special order products, cancellation may be subject to supplier or logistics charges.
10. Damaged or Wrong Items on Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
